Itinemap is committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring the protection of your personal data and is committed to complying with the legislation in force regarding the protection of privacy and personal data and, in particular, the European regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR) of April 27, 2016.

1. The purpose of this privacy policy is as follows:

1. To allow you to communicate your personal information with complete confidence and confidentiality when you use the Itinemap solution, in particular the API, the administration site or the User application (see document “Itinemap Terms of Service” - paragraph 1.8)

2. Who are we?

Your personal data is processed by the company Itinemap, SAS, located at 1302 Chemin de Couriole, 26260 Bren, France, registered in the trade and companies register of Romans sur Isère under number 938 447 737 (hereinafter "Itinemap").

3. When do we collect personal data?

When, as a Licensee (see document “Itinemap Terms of Service” - paragraph 1.1), you have subscribed to the Software (see document “Itinemap Terms of Service” - paragraph 1.6), and you have provided us with information that directly or indirectly allows us to identify you.

When, as an End User (see document “Itinemap Terms of Service” - paragraph 1.7), you may be required to communicate a certain amount of personal data concerning you, i.e. information that directly or indirectly allows you to be identified.

4. You will be required to provide personal data to:

Navigate the User Application, locate your position on the map and request route calculations.

To do this, you may be asked to authorize access to your geographic position via the GPS chip on your terminal.

5. What personal data do we collect in the user application?

Each time you calculate a route or locate yourself on the map, Itinemap records information in a database. This information includes the latitude and longitude coordinates of departure and arrival for the routes, and the requested position for geolocation. And the date of the calculation.

We also memorize each term entered in the search bar of the user application with the date of entry.

We do not store any personal information that could subsequently allow you to be re-identified. We guarantee this.

6. For what purposes do we collect this personal data on the user application?

The information collected by Itinemap is not sold to third parties.

It can be viewed in the form of heat maps, by licensees who have a license currently subscribed to the Itinemap Software, on the map concerned.

7. What personal data do we collect on the promotional site?

On the promotional site, we use third-party solutions Google Analytics and Hubspot via Google Tag Manager and its “Consent Management Platform” associated with Cookie Script.

8. For what purposes do we collect this personal data on the promotional site?

We collect this data for the purpose of continuous improvement and commercial performance. This data allows us to track and contact potential future subscribers to the Itinemap software.

Itinemap undertakes to commercially solicit in a respectful and targeted manner, while respecting any requests to stop commercial solicitations from us that may be made.

9. Modification of our privacy policy

We may be required to modify this Privacy Policy, if this is the case we will inform you.

We advise you to consult this page regularly in order to be aware of any changes.
